Although there is no available IncaMail add-in for Apple Mail or other email clients apart from Outlook, you can still send IncaMails from any email client. - An IncaMail MGI Business Subscription is required.
The receipt of IncaMail messages works the same across all email clients.
To send IncaMails from email clients other than Outlook, follow these steps:
- When composing a message in your email client, Add the suffix ".incamail.ch" to the end of the recipient’s email address.
- Example: example@mailprovider.com becomes example@mailprovider.com.incamail.ch. In the future, your mail client can then automatically suggest this address.
- Append the appropriate prefix to the subject of your message based on the dispatch type you wish to use:
- A message with the dispatch type Confidential is marked with <c> - e.g. "<c>Example Subject"
- the dispatch type Personal is marked with <p>
- and the dispatch type Registered with <r>.
- Messages marked with no prefix will be delivered with the Confidential dispatch type.
Additionally, you can also use the IncaMail web interface at https://app.incamail.com/ to send IncaMail messages.
