This feature is available to all IncaMail customers. When using the IncaMail web interface, all attachments larger than 15 MB are attached as large file links.
If you have an IncaMail subscription for the mail client (MGI), use the IncaMail Outlook add-in, and want to use this feature, the appropriate add-in version that includes this feature must be installed.
If you activate a Encrypted Contact Form, the Large File Transfer is also available there. Through the Encrypted Contact Form, customers can then be contacted easily and securely via IncaMail, including the delivery of large files.
