Why is the Secure Contact Form important?
With the implementation of VRG/VEVV in the Canton of Zurich from January 1, 2027, authorities are required to offer digital entry channels that are not only encrypted, but also traceable and receipted—comparable to registered letters.
The Swiss market can expect that other cantons will introduce similar regulatory requirements. The IncaMail Secure Contact Form already offers a standards-compliant, scalable solution for this purpose.
What does the Secure Contact Form enable?
The Secure Contact Form is a web-based input form accessible via a link. Through a single digital entry channel, you can receive:
Confidential submissions: encrypted message transmission
Registered submissions: legally verifiable delivery with sealed delivery and submission receipt
No IncaMail registration is required on the sender side.
Basic Principle
The owner of the contact form creates and configures it in their IncaMail account.
The link can be shared publicly or selectively.
Anyone with a verified email address can send messages through it.

Important Note
Only one type of contact form can be active per IncaMail account, either confidential or registered. If the type is changed:
