Password forgotten

To get your new password, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Password forgotten? at www.incamail.com
2. Enter the e-mail address registered in IncaMail and confirm. 
3. Click on the link in the e-mail you receive. If 2-step verification is activated, you will receive a code by SMS. Enter the code and click on “Next”.
4. Set your new password and click on “Save”.
